Is this a thing? I swear, I get trippy when it lets down, and just after a feeding session. I'm eating three meals a day and drinking water. I'm losing pregnancy weight, but not super fast. Should I be eating something specific?

Lots of fluids and protein as well. Breastfeeding burns a lot of calories. Don’t forget snacks

You might look into more electrolytes as well.

Keep being hydrated! Also protein and little bit of healthy fat such as avocado since it’s part of breastmilk. I feel the same way, dizzy and draining(mentally and physically) we got this 🫶🏻
