Its very normal. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I got them all the time. Once lasting 45 minutes, my legs were so numb afterwards that when I got up, I fell to the ground

dear god… 45 min??!? 🫠 whelp now i know what to look forward to hahah

Yes. Someone posted that if you point your toes upward it stops and it has worked for me.

This pregnancy I haven't gotten them at all, but I also eat more potassium. So start eating more potatoes and bananas...that will help a lot

@Sabirah that's how I get rid of them too....it gets rid of them right away....the only hard part is getting them pointed up while going through a charlie horse. Sometimes I have to use my hands to help them up lol

Point your toes upward and drink milk especially right before bed is what helped me

Magnesium before bed prevents them for me

Got my first one in life last week and accidentally kicked my husband in the head. I was so shocked, it hurt so bad!

I’ve been taking magnesium and idk if it’s actually helping. I didn’t even know it was a pregnancy thing bc I’ve been running quite a bit and just thought it was due to that.
I’m reading we need more hydration and potassium to help!
