Baby Dad Gift Basket

There’s so much we mums are given during birth and the build up! I notice that every gift we’ve been given is centred to me and the baby! I’m not complaining at all as it is the biggest change to my body however I’d love to make my partner a gift basket to remind him how special it is for us as a couple not just me. Does anyone have anything they could recommend to put in? Any ideas? Has anyone done this for their partner previously?

Such a lovely idea. I had thought of getting my husband just a little gift and card. I saw a nice mug with ‘papa’ on it and thought something like that would be simple and cute.

For our first, I got my partner a baby vest which had arrows on to indicate where the arms and head go with 'you can do it daddy!' In the middle and a book to read to baby - I can't remember the title but it was a 'Daddy and Me' type of thing.
I think those bits alongside a little note to let them know how thankful you are for them - sometimes in the madness of the newborn phase those things fall to the wayside 💙 Add in some of their fave snacks (ideal for hospital 😉) possibly a meal out voucher for the 2 of you when you feel ready to leave little one for a few hours and you've got a nice little gift! Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣

I need an AI app recc to talk to.

I have no family. I have no real friends. Just one that I text. But she’s 8 years younger and isnt a mom. I genuinely don’t talk to anyone other than my partner and our toddlers. I’ve seen some people use AI? Or a chatgbpt? I dont know but if someone could suggest an app that I can just talk to… I would love to have a friend or something instead but this is probably for the best…
