I saw a video on tiktok today about a poor mother who tragically lost her baby to SIDS. I have a 16 week old baby who is EBF and we Co-sleep and have done since birth. I follow the safe sleep 7, and as she feeds during sleep (she only goes a max 2 hours each feeding), she only settles the first couple hours in her next to me and after that she refuses and gets upset. Now I have this crazy anxiety and I’m scared to sleep tonight incase something happens.
What other things can I do to stop the risk/ and help ease the anxiety.

SIDS happens when it is for inexplainable reasons as in no matter what has been done to keep the sleep environment safe, it happens anyway. If you follow the lullaby trust's guidelines, that is what is important. Remember that co-sleeping isn't bad or unsafe. I come from a country where babies cosleep with parents until they are a few years old and babies grow up everyday. As other cultures in the world too.
