When To Tell Your Job 🤰🏾?

Last time I had to tell mine as it was during COVID and there was risk assessment restrictions on the work I was doing.

This time I have one or 2 tasks which I probably won't be able to do coming up over.the.next month. I'm weighing up telling them so I can politely get out of the tasks or passing those tasks onto someone else if I can.

If it doesn't affect in terms of a risk assessment I will do my best to keep it quiet until 12 weeks I think on a personal note as it's much less risky at this point forward

I work in probation I told my immediate supervisor last week I'm currently 9 weeks

Told mine this week. Too sick to play games. Protect yourself, amd be proud!!

I told my manager around the 9-10 week mark, and just asked that they not announce or share that info with the rest of the staff until my partner and I were ready for everyone else to know.

You dont have to if you dont want to wait as long as you please!

I told them at 20 weeks. Unless there are tasks that they will have to plan around you for, you don’t have to tell them.

If you don’t want to tell them, I would wait until you’re ready if there’s not any health risk that you have to do at your job ♥️
