Good evening,
My little one seems to have a very sensitive stomach. To cut a long story short, we began with Aptimil powder, and had solid hard pellet poos- so moved on to ‘ready to feed’ aptimil. This is what we have been using for weeks with no issues; however, it is very expensive for us and we struggle to fit it into a tight budget. So, I did some research, and tried Kendamil powder. I used it *once*for a morning feed a few days ago and this (pic below) is what has happened.
Just wondering if anyone’s baby has had similar issues?

We’ve had this since birth on both Kendamil and aptamil, we’ve tried to help her using ready mades every now and then but she screams in pain as her poo is so rock solid. We ended up seeing the gp for her pain and have been using lactulose (completely the other end of the poo spectrum) and now on prescribed milk for cpma. We also use cooled boiled water x

I've had this on Kendamil but gave cooled boiled water for a few days in-between feeds (max 2oz per day is what I was told) and its cleared up now x

Also had this on Kendamil when combo feeding, it was horrific for my wee girl and us tbh! I used cooled boiled water for the constipation but ended up EBF as it was so distressing for her x

You can try cow and gate comfort, it's quite good for obstipation and it's cheaper

My little girl is 12 days old and passed her first two pellet poos after switching to powdered formula from birth. Any advice for a mum just starting this journey of helping my constipated baby?
