Is 6pm too early for bed?
My 15 month old has refused her nap this afternoon (she’s still on two naps a day at the moment), she was ready and is very tired, showing every sign she wanted to sleep but I think it’s the heat that has made her not want to sleep.
Can I send her to bed an hour early or will there be problems if I did?
Any help/advice appreciated, thank you ☺️

My approach is always to let my LO sleep when she's tired and let her stay awake when she's not. Don't worry too much about schedules and follow your LO's cues xx

I dont think 6pm is too early. My friend puts her 2 to bed at around that time. Just be aware they may wake tad earlier in morning i guess. My lg has only had one nap yday and today, but still full of beans and wont go bed till half 7/8 lol but will sleep in till sometimes 9 but generally wakes between 7/8am x

I think 6pm is too early, well for my boy anyways. Defo go by your baby and what you think though

I go with my little girl but I find she only does 11 hours so if I put her down for 6 she will be up at 5am 😫

We have always put our LG to bed between half 5 and 6 pm, she has one small afternoon nap and She does wake up around 6am. But it works for us

For me yes, the earliest I put her to bed is 7

If mine is under on her day sleep or skips a nap, we do earlier bed time and it’s almost always worked well.

My little girl goes to bed at 7.30 x
