Hi ladies, I’m really waking up with awful awking hips from sleeping on just them. Whenever I wake up on my back in the night i don’t panic and just turn to my side but ouch they are sore!
I’m 21 weeks now so have only been doing this for just over a week but hell it hurts! Does anyone have any tips for releasing hip pains?
I must say I am quite narrow down there! Never had child baring hips and walking with a heavy prosthetic leg probably adds to the pain. But if there is anything anyone can suggest to help I’d be very grateful!
(Currently sat on the floor stretching them sideways to release tension)

I'm also in so much pain 😫

Bless you, it’s horrible isn’t it. Especially on days when I’m working on my feet! Ouch! Not as bad when I can relax and stretch but hell on those other days it’s killer!

A pillow between your legs, and one below your bump/behind your back! Only thing helping me

Hi love, feel you! I’m looking for the pregnancy pillows on Amazon. I saw some that are not too expensive, might help x

@CeeCee this is what helps me too! I've put them under my fitted bedsheet so they don't move. Saves money on buying an actual pregnancy pillow too 😂.

Such a good idea!! I use a normal pillow between my knees and then I have two of the small pregnancy wedges for each side but I have to move them when I roll over lol my husbands side of the bed is getting smaller and smaller 😂

The pain can be so unbearable 😫, I had a very serious pain on my both sides with my first .with this pregnancy not really but I will say turn your mattress over atleast once in 2 week and put pillow in between your legs, that's how am coping with the pain now

@thabita I second turning your mattress over aswell. It really helps too
