Hello 3rd trimester I’ve officially got 12 weeks left till baby girl arrives… I’m so bored I had to leave work early due to my job role. When had risk assessment done it was best I left early and take annual leave I have left and go 3 weeks without pay until maternity starts.. I’m currently sat at home thinking of stuff I can do, I’ve moved room around little girl room all done her clothes being washed as we speak! (Uk heatwave I’ll make most of it) what can i do apart from sit in sun
Nesting slowly kicking in I guess I wanted to wait till 33/34 weeks before I started putting clothes away properly and sorting out her nappies and mine and girls hospital

Me too!! Sorry you’re bored. Just wait you defo won’t be once she arrives!
I can’t wait 😍

I'm the same don't really know what to do with myself. Maternity started this week 9 and a half weeks to go until bubs is here and my eldest just went back to school.

I feel very bored too …

I have loads of wallpaper stripping and painting I need help with if you fancy it 🤣🤣!
I feel for you; I’m still working but role has been reduced now as I’ve handed over to my maternity cover and I’m twiddling my thumbs 🥲🤪 x

I've been off work since week 25. I too am incredibly bored but as others say, trying to enjoy it before little one comes and turns my world upside down. Trying to do one chore a day cause in just that much pain and chances of passing out increases as each day goes past. Luckily made it 1 week with no fainting!
I guess we should be enjoying this alone time before baby turns up 😂 😂
wow not long 2 go at all I want her here now but also dreading labour it’s my first time so currently overthinking everything, doesn’t help being at home with nothing 2 do xx

I'd tell you not to worry but it's impossible! All I will say is after your brain does block the unpleasant parts, at least mine has so it's going to be a surprise again this time.
Remember snacks. And let's hope whoever is with you has a sturdy arm!
haha I’ll pass on that, I could just about deal with doing our room and baby girls room, tbf I go in to work sometimes to make sure my maternity cover is okay as I she didn’t get training from me so I feel sorry for her 😂 x
oh no do you suffer with passing out, take it easy hun xx
would you recommend any snacks that you thought helped im not a very snack person, my boyfriend but he’s very good.. hopefully I don’t break his arm 😂

Lucozade sports. Nuts sweets for the sugar and cereal bars! Nothing too heavy.
It's all good his arm will heal 😂👍

I still work, but my work is not too taxing most of the time, so can get bored. Do you have any hobbies you can still do?
For me what keeps me occupied:
- took up a knotting project to make a little cardigan for baby girl (i already crocheted a soft stiffed dragon for her - you can buy those in ready made kits, and youtube helps if you get lost)
- read a good book. I just started reading the witcher after watching the netflix series
- i still haven't made our wedding photo album since last year, so that needs to happen
- i like pc gaming, so I started playing something
- i also plan to cook lots of food and freeze it, so first weeks of baby time it will just take something out and microwave it.
Hope something on this list sounds interesting to you, or gives you an idea

Get whatever you want to do, done now! 🥰 you never know - baby might come early or you could just be exhausted when you get to your 9th and 10th month! You might change a few things again before baby is even here, so you have time to still do that!

I haven’t seen my feet going down the stairs since week 24 Lol 😂
