Yes it is high for pregnancy. Combined with headaches it raises the possibility of pre-eclampsia so you need a full assessment at triage. Xx

Does seem kind of high 😕 no harm in checking. As Jo said, those are all signs of pre-eclampsia so needs to be checked

Yes that is a little raised, not massively. I would recommend having it checked again.

Bloods for preeclampsia are all clear

The range shouldn’t be higher than 140/90. They may want to put you on medication to manage it even if you don’t currently have preeclampsia but definitely go to triage for the best course of action.
