30 Hours Free Childcare

I think 30 hours are if both parents are working, 15 hours if only 1 is working. You could then reapply for the 30 hours if/when you decide to get a job and need more hours xx

Thank you 😩 honestly feel like this country makes it so difficult, would I need to work full time or can you have a part time job? I didn't know of there is a minimum requirement with hours/salary x

From the website it’s the same as working 16 hours for minimum wage so it doesn’t need to be full time work! And I think if you have a high pay rate you’d be able to work less hours and still be eligible xx

Your income
Over the next 3 months you and your partner (if you have one) must each expect to earn at least:
• £2,167 if you’re aged 23 or over
• £2,117 if you’re aged 21 or 22
• £1,557 if you’re aged 18 to 20
• £1,098 if you’re under 18 or an apprentice

Does anyone know if you are a student how the 30 hours would work? Are you eligible then?

My little girls in nursery she’s in 9 till 2 am allowed 30 hours free if I work full time she’s 3 years old if this help not really much information like but they’ve changed the full system theses days xx

yeah a know, a was just giving her some information that’s all am happy with my little one doing 9 till 2 as my hours at work, work around the time she’s in school
