What is this program you speak of?

I’m with robin, what is this?
It’s a Pilates workout by Izzy, a certified instructor from Australia, that’s been going viral across social media because so many people have seen real results after just 25 days.
It’s definitely not “easy” Pilates, it’s more of a mix between Pilates and strength training, using light weights or resistance bands (if you have them). It’s designed to build core strength, improve posture, and create more definition. From what I’ve seen, each workout is around 25 minutes long.
If you search “Pilates by Izzy” on YouTube and go to the playlists section, you’ll find the full 25-day challenge ,I’ll also add a pic for reference.
Just a heads up, I’m not a fitness person at all. I’ve only recently (like this week 😅) decided to get my act together and focus on improving my fitness, diet, and overall health.
I know this challenge isn’t considered beginner friendly , but I want to push myself and see what I’m capable of. Some days I might not finish the full workout, or I may need to modify movements or shorten the time because of my own health, but I’m going to show up and do what I can.
My goal is to complete the 25 days in the best way I can, while also supporting anyone else who wants to give it a go
