Help! Feeding. 12w old

Today has been a nightmare to feed LB. He’ll scream for a bottle (never does this) have an ounce and then refuse the rest, but scream still!
Is this the heat or something else?! He’s also taking about 5-10 mins to drink an ounce which is so out of the ordinary!!!
He’s got his jabs tomorrow and if he’s like this now i’m dreading tomorrow!

He’s only had 20oz today whereas by now he’s usually had about 25oz and wanting this bottle.
He’s still chomping on his fists and takes water fine but i don’t want to give him more water (he’s had 2oz today and i don’t know how much they’re allowed?

I could have wrote this myself. Her issue has been tiredness. I’ve been giving her a nap then trying again. We also have jabs tomorrow!!

Ps I’m new to formula feeding how much water are they allowed?

i think it’s the heat, he’s definitely not tired! 😣 i gave him a cool bath and he took 2oz but that’s it! I’m exhausted!

I’m not too sure tbh, i know some give 3oz or whatever but i don’t know the limit it probably depends on weight xxx

My little boy has a mouthful refuses it, has like a half hour nap and then has the bottle - I think the heat is definitely taking a toll!

He’s napping a lot more than usual! And doesn’t want to drink as much, but is waking in the night for milk when it’s cooler which he doesn’t normally do!

I was advised a couple of ounces of water but not to interfere with his feeds so almost like after a feed if that makes sense!

I just want the heat to go away 😂 the sun can stay!

oh bless him! My lb isn’t even waking in the night (well he didn’t last night, went 7:15-4:30 then 5:30-8!)
It’s horrible isn’t it. I’ve got a pounding headache from stressing over him not eating and the heat I think 😣
Fair enough. I’m going to try give him a feed in an hour or so once our room has cooled down a bit more. Still 26 atm x

My girl does this when she's going through a leap!

leap 3 doesn’t start until Sunday apparently, we’re in the green of Leap 2 but it definitely doesn’t feel like it 🙈😂

Can someone pls help i keep making this post and nobody is responding

My boyfriend booked a trip for us to go to mexico for a week as my push present. I have severe anxiety leaving my 7 month old with my mom. I know she will be in good hands but she’s exclusively breast fed for the most part but accepts bottles just fine. i have all my pumping parts packed and will pump when baby normally eats but i don’t want baby to forget me or have latch issues when i return!! any mommas ever experience this?

Postpartum

I’m only 3 days postpartum (FTM) and already have extremely bad anxiety. I’m crying every night, as I think of another night of no sleep. My baby will not settle in his cot, he cries every moment we put him down unless in his chair rocker. So me and my partner are having to alternate after 3/4 hours of being awake with him downstairs. I’m trying everything to get him to settle. It’s a load of overwhelming stress. I’m 23, I was desperate for a baby and now I have one and feel completely useless. I miss it just being me and my partner.

When does it get better?

I was crying on the phone with the perinatal mental health team today and the lovely lady, bless her, kept assuring me that it gets better. I kept telling her I hope so because people have been saying that since having my LO and it just feels like it keeps getting worse. She assured me it gets better....

Crawling

Did anyone’s little one start crawling yet? I feel like we are falling behind but really have no idea. I’m trying to introduce more floor time but it’s been rough because of having hardwood floors and our 80 lb oblivious to life dog. I got us a carpet for the living room and trying to put the dog out more when the weather allows. She sits like a pro and will roll to get the things she needs😅 but no real signs of crawling yet.

Silver cross pushchair

Has anybody had experience with the sliver cross cove or breeze? Me and my partner can’t make an agreement 😅 I like the cove but is it worth the extra money to the breeze?
