My bubba used to sleep for 4-6 hour stretches throughout the night when he was 4-5 months, however, since his last sleep regression, we've never gotten him back there. He's now waking frequently throughout the night and is very fussy and hard to put back to sleep.
He's a healthy weight and is progressing well, so no health concerns.
My bubba is formula fed and usually has 220 ml overnight with all the wake ups. I've read online about weening the night feeds. Has anyone had success doing this?
My bubbas on solids too, and I've read that certain foods might help (might just be crazy internet info, but I'm desperate lol) has anyone found certain foods help their sleep?
Haha I'm not expecting a miracle 12 hour sleep here but I'm definetly after any tips to improve his sleep (and mine 🤣)

I had the same issue she would go 5 hour stretches early on but then started not even going 3 hours. One weaning trick I tried was timing out how long she would sleep on average and waking her to feed about 15 minutes before she would wake up. Then slowly stretching out the time before I would wake her up. It's supposed to get them used to you waking them up versus them waking up to feed and helps strech out the time between feedings? I think it helped though I wasn't super consistant with it, however she is now sleeping 8 or so hours (most nights) hopefully this helps!
@Baylee thank you I'm going to try that
Isn't it funny how our whole day revolves around if our bubbas slept well the night before 🤣
