I would love to know too…I’m 15 weeks now, it’s not eased and I’m getting desperate! I’ve tried so many things now and nothing is working!

I’m sorry you’re feeling poopy 💗

@Angharad same number of weeks for me too but will be 16 weeks this Sunday. I've tried ginger nuts, these wrist band things that meant to help you not feel sick and other things. It's just getting really bad

Yes me too! I’ve eaten licked and smelled all the ginger products you can buy! Tried mint things nothing, travel bands don’t work either.

I’m going to speak to my midwife on Tuesday to see if she can help and maybe get some anti sickness tablets xx

Ginger biscuits helped me...I also got some anti sickness bands from Amazon to put on my pressure points.

None of that helped with my first pregnancy. What did work was B6. My doctor recommended one per meal. I went from throwing up 3-5 times a day to once a day.

I got the sickness bands, peppermint tea, fizzy sweets, mints, plain biscuits .
I got some anti sickness tablets in the end . They only seemed to help if I took them before I felt sick xx

Have you tried lemon squash? This was a game changer for me

Lemon squash is going in my shopping basket later! Thanks!

So interesting to know what works for people x

I'm 31 weeks and still have the odd heaving fit, iron tablets make it worse, but I found cooled boiled water helped with me and some lemon wedges to suck on, I am on sickness tablets as well x

I've had HG throughout my whole pregnancy (currently 38 weeks) and Ice cold lemon squash has been my saviour!! X

If you’re open to it there’s a number of medicines that typically help! Speak to your GP or midwife about it, I was on medicine the whole way through which kept me from vomiting and I was able to eat/put on the weight I needed to to help baby grow x

Travel sickness bands! They worked most of the time for me x

Vitamin b6 tablets they have ginger tablets also personally I’ve tried multiple medications for the drs I’ve tried b6 tried ginger if your gonna have morning sickness your gonna not much helps I learned that with my first and now with my second same thing just know your safe foods and know your triggers

I had horrible morning sickness my entire pregnancy. What helped me was following the very unsatisfactory BRAT diet (Bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast). When I didn’t follow that I tried eating 5-6 small meals instead of the normal 3. I hope your morning sickness goes away, it’s no fun.

Hey I would call your doctor and talk to them. They did an assessment on me over the phone and I scored high and they gave me motion sick ess tablets which didn't work but they they put me on a different tablet and works really well. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and lost 2 and half stone from being sick constantly. X

Preggie pops seriously saved my life 😂 you can get them on Amazon

They have these ginger hard candies at the pharmacy. Super helpful. Ginger ale too

I tried it all as my sickness started at 12 weeks and didn’t stop until baby came! Strongmints worked and also the bands for a while

C - section

Hello lovelies, I’m getting closer to my date of c section.

Can I ask how it all went for you? I felt prepared and now I have this awful feeling what if I bleed out! I’m sure that’s not the case. But I just wondered how it went, and how the aftermath was. I have seen on social media people say it’s horrendous but then I speak to friends and family and they’re like yeah it’s not easy but you can cope! You can walk, etc. I think it’s the unknown… lol!

Also were you all sick during your procedure and did you all get terrible trapped gas? If so what tips do you have xx

This is a bit strange.. but hear me out

I am 36 weeks and 4 days today.
I had that feeling, you know when you are trying to take a tampon out on your end of period and it kind of hurts because the tampon is dry? I had that sensation today?

Now I feel like I have to push something about my vagina? It kinda tickles but uncomfortable. I’m not having any pains at all anywhere btw so can’t be baby ??

Girl names

We have an Elsie and we nickname her “Elsa” like queen elsa from frozen

If we have a girl my husband would love a spin on “anna” without actually calling her Anna lol

What names are similar to Anna / could be a play on words?

I’ve said Aria but I don’t know any others
