I feel the same+ swollen legs when I spend all day working.

Same, seems to be everyday my back hurts and mild cramping x

I've been the same since 4weeks, currently 10.
If it's just achey and not too bad, it's your uterus expanding.
If it's more severe and really hurting, it's either constipation- eat a banana or Weetabix etc and see how you feel.
If it's still painful and your diet doesn't appear to be the issue, contact your midwife.
