Currently finding it very hard in full time work / house chores due to constant nausea and tiredness. I am contacting my GP tomorrow for some anti sickness hopefully but I am praying someone has some tips for in the mean time 🙏🙏

Ginger - biscuits and sweets etc it’s an anti sickness xx

I had this with my first and ended up being signed off work. The doctors prescribed me 3 cyclizine and 1 omeprazole a day - I’m not going to lie, it helped a little but I was still being sick 4/5 times a day. Not many doctors prescribe it until you reach 16 weeks as apparently it’s normal until then, I had to put up a fight 😩 xx

I made sure to always have snacks on me, crackers or fruit snacks were my go to whenever I got nauseous I’d just nibble a little bit and it seemed to help. Or hard candy to suck on could help as well.
Take the time to rest when you can though, your body needs it

Eat something before you get up in the morning or immediately after you wake up. For a lot of people something dry like crackers helps but I couldn’t stomach carbs so I had a boiled egg ready in the fridge and I had one each morning before I did anything else. Good luck and if it’s really bad I hope they give you a prescription for something that helps!

Oh and I was able to work remotely so I’d just take a nap at lunchtime but I know that’s very privileged and not possible for everyone. Husband had to do the housework because i spent my free time in bed sipping ice water.

In my local pharmacy they sell ginger gummies, they’re called gin gins, really helped me xxx

I didn't keep a meal down for a week before being on anti sickness tablets. As soon as I took one I was pretty much back to normal - they have been an absolute life saver. I was so miserable and nothing worked until I got the tablets. Phone early in the morning and get them as soon as you can - can't believe I put off phoning for so long!

Can so relate to this😩 some days not so bad but most days especially recently I’m unwell day to night xxx
