Sciatica Nerve Pain 😫

Hi! On Monday I had the worst pain in my whole life: a sciatica nerve pain. I screamed and cried a lot. Now I’m struggling a lot to manage the pain and my belly is huge. I’m 36 weeks tomorrow and I’m thinking of having a C-Section at 37 weeks, ‘cos I can't bear this pain anymore. Are any of you with the same issue?

Will they one that early? Normally elective c sections are at 39 weeks x

Yes!! I’ve had this pretty much from around 20 weeks!! It’s so sore!!! I feel your pain!!

As my baby is too big and the pain is severe they are considering this option

@Jenny Vargas that's good to know I've been offered an induction at 37 weeks for severe spd and a big baby but when I asked about a c section they said I would have to wait until 39 weeks, so I'm going to speak to them again now you've said this, thank you 😊 xx

Tomorrow, I will have an appointment with my consultant to discuss this situation. Because nothing was yet decided. I can update you after the appointment.

Hi! I had the consultation today and the Dr said she won't do a C-section before 39 weeks, however as I’m in so much pain she would induce me next week. She did the examination and my cervix is already open. So, the same situation as you. Induction at 37 weeks 😬

No, I will have an induction next Friday. I’m so scared 😟

I had the appointment on Friday and she booked me for an induction for next Friday (15th)

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
