Anyone else had really bad headaches? Even before the heatwave. I am 17 weeks but have been having them for the last 2/3 weeks. I don't know which is worse, the nausea I used to have or this 🙈

Headaches yes hun, I put a post up today about it and had some lovely comments. Keep highdrated and take paracetamol also found forehead which I've read up about it's safe to use. I had sickness quite bad but it's settled down now hope this helps xx

Headaches/migraines, sickness and fainting. I’m having a great time 🫠

oh hun bless you 😘

Sammmeee! My nausea had gone and I was so happy! Only for it to be replaced with constant bad headaches! I’m currently 16 weeks and had it for the past 2 weeks 😩
Taking paracetamol which the midwife said is safe to have

Thank you for all your messages, it's good to know I'm not alone! I have taken paracetomol but it doesn't always seem to help. Will definitely try Forehead.

I have the same problem. Get very frequent headaches/migraine. And in my case paracetamol hardly helps. I had asked my midwife if I could take Alka Seltzer XS for just once. And she approved it. She said it’s safe as long as it is not consumed everyday in large quantities. Definitely check with your midwife but don’t shy away from taking meds to help yourself. Take care!

I’ve had really bad headaches this week , wondering if it could possibly be the weather! Xx

Yeah paracetamol doesn’t help me either ☹️ nothing does, it’s like the worst headaches ever! And I’ve been drinking around 2-3L of water a day, so it’s not dehydration or the weather as it started before the weather got this hot. So must just be hormones. I’ve never suffered from them before, pre-pregnancy. Xx

I'm 18+5. I'm expecting the same thing I got so scared I even went to A&E but they said it's normal. The headaches are excruciating though.

Force yourself to drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day, its hard, but i do think it helps somewhat x
