I would try and stay away from those two. They do tend to put a lot of stress on your lower back especially if your core is not strong (core wraps around to your back). Try hamstring curls for hamstrings and glute bridges/hip thrust for glutes.

You need to stretch your psoas for sciatica. Try hip thrusts instead.
