After pregnancy, I’ve been feeling a little big let’s say.
And I lack energy,
What can I do to boost my self confidence and to love myself a little bit I did before.
I have neglected my skin care , my hair.
Any recommendations.
I want to feel as amazing as I do sometimes and I love myself when I take pics but not in real life if that makes sense some days
