Needing a second opinion

I am a FTM and I am 37+5 and scheduled for an induction on the 18th. This past weekend I was having contractions that were very slowly progressing and then just stopped for a couple days. Tuesday they started back again and got 5 minutes apart for 2 hours and then stopped again when I fell asleep. Yesterday I had a random gush of water (no more than 1 measuring cup probably) so I changed my underwear and laid down for 30 minutes to see if maybe my water broke but when I stood up there was no leaking. My midwife said it could have been urine, but literally 5 minutes before I had just went pee. She told me if it happened again to go to the ER and that when water breaks it’s not always like the movies so it can sometimes be a little at a time. Today I haven’t felt good so I’ve been laying down most of the day and I have had constant lightning crotch and I can feel her head sitting where the top of my underwear sit. I’m not sure what any of this means or what I need to do. I was instructed to go to the ER if my water broke or when my contractions get 3-5 minutes apart.

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
