So this is my first time carrying twins and I have alot of pains and such and I know that they're going to be worse then with my first baby I had. But I'm not really getting a sense of what is considered normal?
As for more context I'm getting alot of extreme pain the fluctuates, so sometimes it's okay after a few minutes othertimes it hurts for hours without end.
It is alot of pressure I can't bend down and breathing gets difficult usually it goes away but length varies. I've also had contraction like episodes and I ended up going to the hospital for them to think it was a bladder infection (it was not my ob confirmed it was not)
Most of my muscles are locking up so bad I end up having daily cramps in my calf for example and I just got to deal essentially and some days it's brutal.
The pain goes from right underneath my boobs all the way down to my pelvic area and usually it's extreme pressure or sharp pain ir a mix. It gets so bad at times I feel like I'm going to puke.
Any storied or advice would be appreciated.
Sorry for the poor explanation at all.
Also hope this is okay to post here?

I think it could be round ligament pain and Braxton hicks (these are the false contractions you’re feeling). Mine started pretty early on and they’ve definitely gotten worse, I’m 25 weeks now and I have them most frequently in the evening when I’m going to bed. They make me feel super nauseous and like I have to go #2 sometimes it’s the weirdest thing. Sometimes they’re quick but other times they feel like they last forever. My OB said it’s totally normal and to make sure I’m very hydrated (number one cause is dehydration) she also said take a break from sex because that can cause them too. The only thing that helps me is warm epsom salt baths. They’ve been a lifesaver I take one almost every night for 30-60 mins.

you arnt alone on that #2 feeling. i constantly compare braxton hicks to poop cramps. i never know what’s going on 😅
when they hit me it’s usually because i’m doing way too much moving around. i don’t get them often but when i do i just have to let my body rest. i had my parents bring me a wheelchair just in case because some days i just can’t walk.
for leg cramps i was told that tums helps because of the calcium, but if you don’t also have heartburn there may be something else that would make more sense to take instead.

I get them really bad in the evenings 😩 I’m super hydrated too so it’s super frustrating lol I also basically live off tums and Pepcid because I have acid reflux all the time. Haven’t noticed that those help with leg cramps but this magnesium lotion I have is a miracle worker! It makes my legs feel really heavy almost like they’re asleep it’s super strange but at least it helps me sleep!!! It’s 8 sheep’s organic with magnesium! Kinda pricey but worth it and mine has lasted me quite awhile!
