5 months today and been fighting last nap for almost a week. 4 naps a day but first 3 are short and last one now a battle. Would drop to 3 a day but he struggles to stay awake for more than 2 hours and is awake from 6 so getting from 2.30 ish to bedtime awake is not doable… any ideas?!

I’ve read online that if naps are getting shorter it means they are naturally dropping naps , my little boy is down to 3 now and is 5 months old

how did you transition from 4 to 3?

We just increased his wake windows , the wake window we increased was the first window so his first nap is any time from 9:30 onwards x

2 hour wake windows in the day now? I only ask as I'm seeing naps 2 and 3 becoming shorter and 4 very difficult.

Theo is roughly awake anywhere from 3 hours to 4 hours now , two of his naps are 30 mins each but his middle nap is about 1hr-2 hours sometimes 3 if it’s been a busy day xx
