I'm part of a group that sings at charity events and local care homes. Any excuse for us to get together and have a sing song to either help raise money or make people happy.
We have our annual "night at the musicals" coming up. I originally said I would do the light and sound for them. However, some singers have dropped out, so I agreed to do a few simple basic songs.
I maybe forgot to mention it to my partner at the time😬 he has now said I shouldn't do it as I have woken up this morning and baby has dropped lower. Making singing actually easier. I'll be 35+3 at the time of the performance.
So do I cancel now or risk it?
If anything happens at the performance it will be easy to get to the hospital.
Obviously if she arrives sooner I won't do it.

Go for it if you want to do it. I think there’s a 0.2% chance of you giving birth today (there is a labour probability counter online if you’d like to check yourself) and they’re pretty low odds.
Also labour takes ages if it’s your first and the baby doesn’t just come, so you’d be really unlucky if you did give birth on stage.

Go for it!!!! I sing in a choir and I’m in the same position! I just keep signing up for everything and saying ‘obviously baby dependent!’ I love singing in that choir and at the minute between still being at work, looking after a toddler, post knee op husband, and this flipping heat, it’s one of the only things I actually look forward too! So I’ll be singing until that baby comes out! And then hopefully very soon afterwards because I’m desperate to sing in the Christmas concerts!! 🤣 🎶

Definitely go for it!!
