Feeling fed up and left behind

Really struggling with nausea and fatigue as I'm sure many are, I've been practically bed bound for 6 weeks, anything I have been able to do has left me in a horrible state afterwards. I had some anti sickness that was helping the nausea but then they gave me these awful migraines so have had to stop taking them, which has made the sickness so much worse again, I just feel stuck in a rut hoping it will ease soon. It's also so hard when you're being sick and then your husband just has to leave (not his fault but still upsetting) and I just feel lonely 🙁 is anyone else feeling like this?

Yeah I’m the same been sick for 3 weeks straight now and not getting any better. Hopefully it will calm down when HCG levels aren’t as intense! X

I'm feeling the same 😞 so nauseous and sick for the last 4 weeks even the simplest tasks are impossible. I had anti nausea that were working great but then the last couple of days I've had the worst headaches. is this what happened to you?
I feel I can't even socialise with my friends and family either, then my anxiety kicks in thinking that they all think I'm ignoring them because they don't know about my pregnancy yet. ☹️

ohh bless you I hope it does, its awful!

yes that's exactly what happened, I'd take them for a couple days fine and then I'd get tension headaches and cluster headaches/migraines and have to stop taking the anti sickness to take my rizatriptan as I get migraines usually and I don't want to mix medication with sinilar side effects. Problem is I'm not supposed to be taking rizatriptan so regularly so I'd rather be sick than harm the baby but it's rough! I went out for a meal with my family yesterday and honestly it was horrible getting through it, they do understand but probably not to the extent that it really is. I got a scan privately and told my family early though as I needed practical help with my husband being at work all day 😔

Also feeling sick a lot, and headaches. I’m working full time, have a 2 year old and no one knows about my pregnancy yet, it’s so hard! I feel so blue

sorry to hear that, I can't imagine how tough it must be when you've got a little one to look after as well 🥺

Hi ladies I don’t know if this will help but I have just been to aldi and they sell lemon and ginger herbal tea. I’ve tried it today and it’s actually nice. I’ve turned it into a cold brew aswell so I can sip through out the day or when I start feeling a little sick x

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
