Yes, my first pregnancy I had it all over my tummy 😭

tell me it went away really fast!!

I only had it my first pregnancy which was back in 2018 I don’t remember how fast it went away all I remember was the itching and I would moisturizer my belly 10x or more a day trying to calm the itching

I have it ! Dunno if its PUPP ,tho.. looks like it, but also spreading to my legs

my sisters spread to her legs . Mine was just on my belly . Just to be sure let your doctor know .

I had it with both my pregnancies and it was awful. With my first it came the week before I gave birth and with my second it came just before my 20 week scan. It lasted longer in my second pregnancy and was so uncomfortable. The only thing I found that helped was lots and lots of moisturiser as often as possible. Don’t itch it apply moisturiser instead. Loose cotton clothing helped too. I was prescribed a minty cream epicool I think that has menthol in it. It was quite nice at cooling the skin and distracting from the itch. Not so good on the bits I itched as it was very cold- would end up shivering. Hope it goes away soon.

Loose clothes was helpful for me too

Thanks guys! How long did it last? Currently 10 days PP

will do thank u

Yes with all my pregnancies and got it again in this one, it’s hell 😭😭 pine tar soap helps, I also spray under boobs with antiperspirant and go bra less as much as possible. Mine seems to be worse with sweat and when it’s got hot it’s in random places this time as well as stomach. It disappeared literally as soon as the babies arrived.

I had it too, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I hope your OB has suggestions.

my OB suggested Benadryl(which I’m allergic to) and I’m hesitant to do any creams for fear of the potential allergy as well.
I’ve been taking epsom salt baths the last couple of nights when it has been the worst. That and putting lotion on and covering up the areas has been what’s “worked” so far. And I use worked loosely bc I’m still so itchy after the bath and applying lotion.
I’m really hoping it goes away as soon as these babies are born Wednesday 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I’m so happy to hear it was gone as soon as you gave birth. That was my hope!! I’ve only dealt with it for almost a week but that’s been more than enough! And that’s saying something bc I’ve dealt with chronic hives for 20+ years but have had a break since starting fertility treatments to conceive these babies. 🥴🥴

I had it and it was agony. My body looked like a horror story.
I would recommend wearing loose clothing (avoid wearing tight underwear if you can), use Dermacool, coconut oil and a GP can prescribe you antihistamine as no pharmacy will sell it to you.
It’ll disappear soon as baby is born 🥰
