Okay, so my 14month normally goes to bed around 8:30/9 and is still has 4 bottles a day / snacks throughout the day and is napping once a day sometimes 2 as well, once hes asleep for the night its 2 hours maybe 3 of really good sleep then its constant wakings from there on, mainly moving in his sleep or not finding his dummy and this has been going on for months now, im in need of tips or tricks on how to get my little one sleeping through the night because this mumma needs a good night sleep aswell. 😩

Our little one used to get up multiple times a night. We switched to 1 nap a day and fed him more solids and reduced milk to 1 bottle before nap and 1 before bed. He now sleeps anywhere between 10-12 hours a night and naps 1.5-2 hours a day.

That sounds amazing. I just worry he isn't full. That's why i still give him 4 bottles. Do you think i may be over feeding?

My order one was the same...he would wake up for his dummy. Once I removed it at 13 months, he slept through the night 11-12 hours straight. He did cry the first night but I was beside him conforting him until he fell asleep. It was harder a few nights and days but it was all worth it. He uses dummy or bottle to fall asleep, right?

Yeah, he does, and we've moved into a new place 6 weeks ago now, so im not sure if it's still that as well because he had always been in our room next to our bed in his cot and now in his own room

From what I've experienced and read, they wake up during the night to find the thing they depend on sleeping...like dummy. I think the best way is to remove it completely...it's going to be hard the first few nights but it's worth the effort.
