My LG has her 12 week injections tomorrow. I feel like she's only just settled from her 8 weeks. Are these injections worse, do I have to mentally prepare myself for a shift in behaviour and sleep pattern change?

They aren’t supposed to be bad but my LO came down with fever the next day. It’s rare but can happen. Have calpol as a backup but they don’t advise you to give it as a precaution like they do with the 8 weeks jabs. Hope it goes ok xx

The second ones are more gentle as they don’t give them the men b this time around, and that’s the one that causes the fever. We’ve just had the 16 week ones and she was definitely the best after the 12 week ones. Hope yours go ok tomorrow xx

We found the 12 week ones better than 8 weeks, she was still unsettled and had to have calpol but no temp and was back to normal by the following evening😊

Had a fever for 3 hours, and sore legs, gave her calpol and she was fine, think they just made her a bit more sleepy x

12 week were better. She still screamed blue murder but had no temp and was back to her giggly self that evening. She did have a bit of diarrhoea for a couple of days after but was well in herself x

12 weeks are so much better! My little one was absolutely fine with these ones however really struggled with her 8 week ones!
Hopefully your little one is okay too🫶🏽

Thank you everyone, that's put rest to my mind as her sleep routine went out the window with her 8 weeks ones and she was soo miserable for about 2 weeks after too. She's only just recovered from them 🤣

There a lot better they don’t get a fever
