I’m just wondering if anyone else’s LO is going through the same thing at the moment and if it could be the start of a 4 month sleep regression or if she could be slightly poorly.
My LG has just turn 13 weeks, always been a good sleeper, going down 7.30/8 - 8am with 1 or 2 feeds in the night. Last night she wouldn’t sleep until 10pm, but also kept on bringing up her milk, so much I had to change her bed sheets and vest as they were soaked. When she woke about 6ish for a feed she was wide awake for 2 hours, and still bringing up loads of milk again but then slept until midday… could this be the sleep regression? I’m just confused 😂

My baby always went down great at night! Never an issue 14 weeks yesterday and she woke every 45 mins crying last night shes never ever done that! I had to let her sleep on me ! Sitting googling it at 3am! Apparently can last up to 6 weeks!

6 weeks? I’m not prepared for this 🤦♀️😂

I know! Im broke already from the little sleep i get! Obviously every baby is different shes never been too bad at self settling so im hoping she gets through it easy! Dont know about me tho🤣

My LG user to go to bed alright but now it takes 2-3 attempts and shes starting to wake up the odd time and around 4 she just wont go back down, shes 14 weeks this week

With my first the 4m regression was the absolute worst. But it was coupled with leap 4, teething and change from breast to formula. I’m hoping it goes easier this time around!
Things that helped the first time:
- breaks (absolutely necessary for you!)
- if you have a swing/rocker use it. Used to be the only thing that would get me more than 30mins break
- your body/arms will get tired and sore as you pace/rock/shush/cuddle and hold bubs.
- try to give yourself some acceptance that you won’t be able to get everything you want done, when you want it done (not so much help with baby but is still important!)
- I also invested in a red night light that is sound activated so he cried it would come on and soothe him
- lots and lots of distractions and white/pink/brown noise.
As hard as it is and as long as it seems it won’t last forever! You’re amazing Mamas and you can get through this ❤️

that’s really helpful, thank you so much! I’m going to look into getting a red night light, hopefully it will help 🤞
We’ve got this mamas 💪
