Formula feeding, baby taking different amounts each feed

I believe this is completely normal! My baby does the same.

They usually take what they need, as long as your baby is having plenty of wet nappies, that shows that her input is good xx

I relate to this. My little boy will be 4 weeks Sunday and is exactly like this.
I was worried about this too🙈 x

My baby takes 4oz at 3 weeks old all the time but he changes hours between feeds. Sometimes he wants fed every 3 hours, sometimes he will sleep 5 hours and then want a feed. Sometimes he wants fed after 2 hours and if he does he won’t take 4oz, takes about 2oz.

They’re just trying to figure out their own stomachs and routine :) x

My little girl takes different amounts each time. I worry she isn't getting enough, but she tells us when she is done and has plenty of wet nappies so presume she is happy enough.

My little girl is exactly the same! Sometimes she will have 3oz or 4oz , she’s 4 weeks old xx

I've found this has been happening the last week with my little girl. She's 5 and a half weeks. I read somewhere about fussiness at 5 weeks, so I googled it and apparently it's quite common that they can become quite fussy at this time xx
