Birthing alone?

I went through birth alone with my youngest a year ago because my husband had to watch our 2 older kids. The birth went super quick since it was my third time. I was only in the hospital for about an hour between getting there and giving birth to my son, so I didn't have much time to think about it.
Since this is your second time it should go a bit more quickly. I would just focus on the birth itself and not about doing it alone. If it goes on for a while, you could also video chat with your partner if that would make it better. Distractions, like a book or a computer, would also keep your mind off being alone as well.

What state are you located in Im kind of in the same position all my family live in a different state then me but I’m ask someone at my church if they can come with me

Awww bless you if you are in the UK you can contact parents 1st they support women through pregnancy up till the baby is 3 months old they can also assign you with someone that will be with you when your going into labour so that your not alone
