Cooked noodles, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, soft fruits. Anything that you can easily squish in between two fingers should be fine

Steamed broccoli, avocado, toast with peanut butter, eggs (omlete strips), raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, beets, mushrooms, hummus, cream cheese, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, corn on the cob, yogurt, apple (sauce and thin slices), noodles, spinach, green beans, asparagus.
Pretty much whatever we are eating, modified for LO to safely self feed. I follow SolidStarts recommendations for prepping in age appropriate ways

Currently just purées. We have the Solid Start app. I love it because it’s helpful for when we want to try something. She’s had Watermelon, Strawberries and peach’s along with some cooked pork chops. Other than that we haven’t done much.

You can give any food at this point. Get the app solid starts and it’ll help show you how to prepare them. But they can have anything except honey after 6 months

Most things except honey, added salt, added sugar, and raw meat/eggs.
