When your child doesn’t like the food you’ve given or doesn’t seem interested in eating for whatever reason what do you do? Can’t just not feed them? But I never force, I worry she doesn’t get enough food on most days of the week but she just not really into most things I make. I’ve even let her eat the same food as us which does help occasionally, but we can’t go salt or spice free all the time either!
Why is she not very hungry?
Also, do you give sandwiches on crispy toasted bread? Or do you leave bread fairly soft/I toasted? I have a feeling she’s not a fan of squidgy sandwiches either.

Not silly questions at all.
At this age, I offer an alternative food (something boring) as i think they're too young to try it on. But if my 2.5yo says she doesn't like something (which she's doing A LOT atm) and I know she does, she doesn't get an alternative and she generally eats what I've given after a little protest lol. I try to make their meals a selection of things tho, so there's always at least one or two things I know they'll happily eat.
My just turned 1yo has sandwiches on normal untoasted bread, altho he's not got any teeth yet so he just sucks all his food 🤦🏻♀️
Baby can have spices. Helps widen their taste buds. Prob not a vindaloo or something lol but a bit of spice isn't bad for them..

I give him quite abit of variety so if there is something he doesn't want then there's other options! I keep giving him the food a few days later though! He hated tomatoes but over the month, I gave him them about 4/5 times randomly and he now eats them!
He eats sandwiches now but used to struggle and found them claggy in his mouth. Maybe stop and try again in a few weeks? He also has toast xx

You can use seasoning. Nobody likes bland food, not even babies 😭

Obviously not the salt, but babies can have spices, I've given my little one bits of what I've had since she was 6 months and now she'll happily eat spiced foods and I think her spice tolerance is higher than many of the adults in her life 😂

The more flavour the more my little boy eats. He loves lamb koftas & tatziki atm 🫶
