It doesn't really work. Eat lots of fresh pineapple and do the deed man juice helps with cervix dilation.

I have! All three pregnancies. Just use a tbl spoon. No more than that. It worked for my first child. And my second.
That is what they put in the midwives brew. My doctor gave me an OK to try midwives brew.
Ladies are definitely going to have different opinions about this. Be prepared for it. But that doesn't mean they are right. They will spill out information that isn't even accurate. Just don't take more than a table spoon if you do it!
Worse it can do, it makes you go to the bathroom, and nothing else will happen. Basically, if it doesn't work, don't be disappointed.
I drank my midwives brew and bounced on a ball. The next day, I lost my mucas plug, and my water broke. :) Had a healthy baby boy. 👶

Caster oil will cause you to have diarrhea, which will cause you to dehydrate, which will cause contractions. It will also cause baby to be in distress and typically causes them to poop.

Not really worth the risk to baby. Just ask for an induction if you're looking to speed things up
