Surprise Wedding at Baby Shower

So my fiancé and I are doing a surprise wedding at our *co-ed* baby shower! There are only a few people that know (ex: my cousin who is officiating). I need some ideas on how to actually break the surprise! We are wanting to do it at the very beginning before people start to slowly leave thinking it’s just a baby shower. We are debating on saying something ourselves to announce it, or have our officiant say something. It would fall within the lines of a welcome to the shower and “SURPRISE”- I just don’t know how to word it! I am also hesitant on doing the announcement ourselves because the dress I’ll be wearing for the wedding and shower definitely give off wedding vibes (see below) and my fiancé will he dressed really nice, which is not super normal for him, and don’t want people the put two and two together. But I want to see everyone’s reactions! Obviously I am needing some advice- I am not creative, and I know there are some creative gals in this group! Please give your girl some ideas! 😂
