Has anyone got any positive stories of their little one not being too affected by hitting 4 months?
I’ve got really bad anxiety that any night now it could go down hill, and I’m seeing posts constantly about how bad it is.
Please someone reassure me that they’re past that stage and it wasn’t so bad?!

We didn’t get any 4 month regression! We did get one at 6 months though and it lasted 3 weeks

My son is 4 months in 9 days and we haven’t hit the 4 month sleep regression. We no longer rock him to sleep because he self soothes (thumb sucking, rubbing head) and he sleeps 12 hours through the night with no wakings. We worked on sleep pretty much since he was born by helping him soothe and soothing him actively any time he was slightly upset (rocking, allowing him to feed as often as he liked)

Oh and we watched for every little sleep cue and immediately started nap/bed time when he showed his first cue to avoid over tiredness

We never experienced one.. Some babies transition quite easily through it 😊
