Update: Going on week 4 of carrying head down 🫠😭 HELP🆘

34 weeks tomorrow 💃🏽

I am 34 weeks and my little dude has been head down for sooo long and i feel you girl its been rough these last couple of weeks

I’ve been carrying head down since 23 weeks lol so I feel for you 🥲 I’m 32 weeks now.

is he measuring big? I’m 33 weeks Saturday… and my baby is head down

I’ve been carrying down on and off I have an acrobat so he likes to flip 😐😂 he’s weird so he doesn’t like to be sideways so he hasn’t really been in breech position much majority of my pregnancy he’s been head down but this is the most consistent he’s been 🫠

Both my boys were head down from 20 weeks on and both large babies...and they both sat/sit super super low in my pelvis so all movements are essentially lightning crotch lol They will get here before we know it! Hang in there!

oh boy lol, she’s been active but not like acrobatic active! She likes to rock herself back and forth every now and then. She mainly whacks herself off of my pelvis bones and that’s where the most pain comes from! My son was totally different. He would kick the crap out of my ribs. I mean he had a fiery hatefulness towards them lol, he almost broke four of them. Instead they were bruised so bad it took months to heal them.

lightening Crotch is the WORST omg 😭😭 I was feeling around for a foot I thought he was about to fall out a few times 🤣🤣

I spend my days and nights getting headbutt in the bladder and coochie and kicked in the ribs on occasion 🫠 he also managed to dislocate my right hip so there’s that 😑😭

HELL. I can barely roll out of bed 😑 as soon as I stand up it’s like gravity hits me everything pulls downward I feel like I’m carrying a million pounds my back is bent so far back my boobs are enormous LMAO I waddle like a fat ass penguin I can barely support myself 😒😭 and I’m short so this is just a nightmare I feel like a watermelon between two hamburger buns propped up on two twigs for legs 😂😂

I had lightening crotch the other day I swear to god I thought I was in labor I stripped off my clothes and started feeling for a foot or hair I thought I was a goner 😭😭😭😭😭

the feelings of peeeee 😭😭😭😭 HATE IT and I literally pee like 27 times a day all night and the pelvic pain is unbearable I have one of those massage guns and I put it on the lowest setting and use it on my pelvic bones it relieves some of the pressure but it’s not 100% 🫠

my scans also confirm where I feel he’s located but you can tell when your baby is head down bc you’ll feel their head in your pelvis it’s painful lmao

my baby is really active too I just know how to find his body parts once you figure that out it’s pretty easy to tell their location

How far along?

if you trace your stomach enough you’ll figure out what stuff is if it’s kind of round you probably have the stomach their butt or their head and if it’s kinda pointy it’s probably a hand foot elbow or shoulder
Right now he’s head down facing the left but he’s stretching a lot so he’s been bringing his knees up to his chest for the last 2 hours which hurts alot 🤣

34 weeks

I have sciatica and spd he dislocated my right hip now he’s on my left hip and I can barely walk 🥲 and his head is weighing heavily on my pelvis it’s so painful

this is my first baby I guess he wanted to start off with a bang 🤣🤣 everything painful that you can imagine I’m sure I’ve experienced it
This has definitely taken its toll my body feels so destroyed I feel like an 80 year old woman some days I can’t walk I have to use a cane 🫠 and I leak a little too I’m in PT I haven’t been able to go as much bc it’s hard to even get out of bed some days let alone drive

yes I’m 24 this is definitely NOT normal 😭😭😭 I feel like an old granny it’s depressing I don’t feel like myself at all Lmaoo I feel so unhealthy

😂😂so true. Now that my sons in that toddler stage we’ve seen him bonk his head like an athlete. He’s always just fine and resumes playing afterwards lol. He’s hard headed like me

Lmao! I’m very sure baby has been head down for me the entire time. Every single ultrasound I’ve had since the beginning she’s head down. So I feel u on all the pain

my baby has been head down for the majority of my pregnancy too the heavier he gets the more I feel it he started out upside down at 12 weeks and has just been rotating like a rotisserie chicken he doesn’t like being sideways he’s such a character 🤣🤣

my daughter too it’s so weird. And painful. Especially when she plays with her face im like omg I can reach down and touch her! She’s goanna come right out of me very soon being so damn active and low

my sons hands stay in his face too 🤣🤣 I never get good 3D pictures bc he’s always covering up I can only ever see half of it if that

Mine was head down from 20 weeks through last Friday at 31 weeks. At 32 weeks she is breech but omg when she was head down every time I stood up I had to pee
