Doctors hate when we google, but they don't really offer us real guidance regarding what to expect (normal vs abnormal symptoms).

i find that strange being that most doctors are also googling just as much as you are. google can be useful just make sure you are using the right websites:)

They use google to when no one is looking 😭

I think it's hard for doctors to list everything because there's such a wide range but you can always ask here to gauge if what you're dealing with is common or not. The other problem is that a lot of symptoms can be normal or abnormal. Like, I had some bleeding throughout my first and second trimester. That could be really bad or totally normal (luckily it was totally normal for me).
I once heard a doctor say it doesn't matter what the possible symptoms/side effects are, it matters what you experience. So maybe they don't want to prime you to expect something or panic if it's something that could be ok or bad. They'd rather you call so they can assess your specific symptoms in the moment, you know?
