You can use a heating pad for a certain duration! Talk to your OBGYN/midwife and they will tell you it’s okay to use it for some relief and to keep it on low. Even taking mildly warm baths/showers can help! You don’t have to completely feel that pain all the time! I’ve used a heating pad when I was pregnant with my son and I also took warm showers and baths to help with pelvic and tailbone pain when I was in the last few weeks of pregnancy.

my showers are usually pretty warm but I think baths are goanna be my new thing cuz omg. I’m just so over it it’s been day and night for the last two months I’m just so sore

Massage gun 🤌🏽

Sameeeee no matter how much stretching I do, it's always sore and it's so frustrating cuz I can't workout anymore due to it getting worse. Heat seems to help 😭😭😭😭

I lay on 2 tennis balls after a hot shower and then do some spinning babies exercises, rub my thighs and pelvis with coconut oil, and then prop with tons of pillows after before sleeping

I swear I can feel my pelvic bone widening every time I stand up. It's so uncomfortable. I told my ob and she said it was normal. I'm 33 week so 6-7 more weeks of it 😭

Girl go to a chiropractor that specializes in maternity care. Life changing.

yeah, I was working when I was pregnant with my son and I would try to take a bath at least 2-3 times a week and it definitely helped with the soreness. He was sitting in my pelvis head down for nearly the whole pregnancy so it was unpleasant.
