Feeling uncomfortable ALL the time

Hello! I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have full blown bloating for the last 3 months (I’m guessing as soon as I fell pregnant). I’m not constipated or anything but I’m just sooo uncomfortable all the time and look about 6 months pregnant already. My insides just feel like they’re being proper stretched and I can barely eat as I get full so easily and end up feeling even worse. Does anyone else feel like this?!

All the time. I also have constant sickness on top of this. Can barely keep food/ water in.

oh gosh so sorry to hear you’re in struggle city ☹️ I had horrendous nausea but sickness tablets have taken the edge off!! Hope you start to feel better soon 🙏🏼

I feel the same, I think it’s because our insides are literally getting squished more and more by the day, I had the worst trapped wind pain last night, but a couple of gentle yoga stretches sorted me out!

Oh yoga is a great idea I may try that later!! Thank you x

I’m the same I suffer with acid reflux and bloating anyways but when I’m pregnant it’s so much worse I went to doctors and they said my omeprazole 20mg are safe to use pregnant and honestly save my life stops the bloating and eases my sickness as well as using my sickness tablets. Ask your doctor if your allowed to be prescribed some.

oh no way! Okay I’ll ask for some omeprazole and fingers crossed that helps!! 🙏🏼 thank you x

However if your against using tablets or anything during pregnancy I’d suggest exercise and be careful what you eat in your diet

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
