I packed my lo’s favourite toys - a couple of Lamaze toys - a rattle that clips onto her, a spinner that has a sucker on (this was actually quite entertaining for her) and one of those crunchy sounding soft books.

Hey! I’ve just got back from holiday with my 5month old and deffo have some things I would/wouldn’t do or would do different if I did it again. Feel free to drop me a message if you want as don’t want to give you unsolicited advice 😂
Thank you!

me please 🙏🏼🙏🏼 going away with my 5 month old in two weeks!

we go abroad on Wednesday and LG will be 5 months open to any suggestions or must haves 😂

Travel pram was a godsend! One that can be taken on the plane (we had a joie but anything that folds into a square is fine) baby carrier is also good for the airport if not. Snooze shade for naps (we didn’t have one and I massively regretted it). Try and stick to routine as much as poss otherwise the nights are tough, with bedtime I wish I’d got him all ready then put him to sleep in the pram rather than hoping he would fall asleep. Also I was breastfeeding and wish we’d combi fed so I could have a break.

Just got back from holiday and the best thing I took was the inflatable playnest/donut thing. As it was inflatable it took up no space in the suitcase and she was so happy to sit in it and play with her toys or the sensory things on it.
