Shower

Any tips for getting over the side of the bath and into the shower? I can’t figure out the logistics…🤣

I pushed my leg backwards and then sideways to lift it over, if that makes sense 😄 was horrible getting out though. Go down slow and easy lol x

I sat down on the side of the tub, used my hands to lift one leg at a time to the other side then turned and stood up. I usually put a hand towel down on the edge of the tub so my wet booty wasn’t on the cold tub 😂

I had to do the same 😆 Also had a small step stool. That backwards movement was key though!

Thank you ladies, it was 10x easier than I thought it was going to be!! I think our bodies are capable of so much more than we think, so proud of myself for doing it though!🩷

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
