Swollen and painful perenium

I’ve been feeling like my healing has been going 2 steps forward and 1 step back too. Every day there’s a different pain or twinge. So I feel your pain! Xxx

yup! I felt great last week and had 0 pain and felt brave to attempt sex at 6 weeks PP but now I do not want to try it because I’m back to being so sore again 😫xx

I'm 7 weeks pp and still have soreness and tenderness most days after episiotomy, particularly after long walks or standing too long. Some days I feel its getting better, others i feel like going backwards. Hoping we will all get there, it just takes time. If its got significantly worse suddenly could be worth getting checked - have you got a 6 week check coming up?, my gp offered to check my healing then

I only have a 6 week phone call😫 I’m going to ask them to check next week because it’s super sore ever since I got piles :( maybe I need stool softeners, who knows xx

had piles at the beginning, though went after week or two. Germaloids cream helped i found. Some days it was super painful. Its not easy and sometimes feels like will never heal but it will, have faith! Good luck - fingers crossed for you it will all heal soon 🙏
