Does anyone else still feel slightly traumatised from labour

I have two little boys (2 and 1). With my first I had a pretty chilled labour, I was induced and had an epidural and didn’t really feel pain pushing him out. With my second it was agony. I shouldn’t really be feeling like this because it was a natural birth and some women have really scary labour stories . but I still think of that day and it did traumatise me in a way. I kind of managed my contractions well and went to the birthing centre when they were close together( they weren’t so bad). I was 6cm dilated when I got to the birthing centre and once I arrived they started coming super fast. I was in agony to the point I actually thought I would die, I was screaming at the top of my lungs and there was no time for pain relief apart from gas and air but I was in such agony I couldn’t even hold the gas and air so it was a complete natural birth. It was as though there was no break inbetween the contractions so I couldn’t even pause to ask the nurse to help me in some way. I had him in the pool and all I remember is screaming at the top of my voice, it felt like I was the only one in the room, I completely disconnected from anyone around me. I still plays on my mind for some reason.

Oh you poor thing, it must be so triggering hearing about that ❤️ I’m sorry to hear your physically still suffering. It’s such a hard thing to talk about with people because these feeling are expected a couple of weeks after birth but I still think about it a year later xx

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!
