Still feeling aches from c-section

I'm 13 weeks PP and do feel some prickles and itches that come up around my incision as well as a bit above and below (around the same 1-2 inch range). There used to be a bit of numbness too which seems to have passed (or not yet returned) for me.

When I did have the numbness I tried to remember to put a light touch or rub fabric or even roll onto my stomach if in bed to try and rebuild the sensation ability. Not sure if that helped or not though.

Good to talk to your doctor but hopefully it's not too serious and passes for you (& all of us!) soon :)

Try to find someone who specializes in c section scars. I was introduced to scar massage by my pelvic floor physio and also doing something called Neuro stim which helps break up the scar tissue and adhesions under the scar, it’s also helped with the numbness and c section “shelf”.
