Since I found out I was pregnant earlier this week, I’ve had the mild “feeling off” symptoms that some women describe as feeling hungover. (That and being extreeeemely tired.) However, I’ve mostly been able to stave those feelings off by eating crackers in bed first thing in the morning and not letting my stomach get empty.
Until 4 this morning, when hail woke my husband and me up. I leapt out of bed to close the windows and almost immediately, actual nausea swept over me. Blech. I haven’t gotten sick yet, thanks to ginger lozenges and soda crackers, but I won’t be leaping out of bed like that again anytime soon. 🥲
Anyone else starting to experience less pleasant symptoms, or just me?

Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m more than a little nervous about the nausea and I’ll do anything I can to try to make this easier. Any and all advice is appreciated! ❤️

Yes same here!! I’m 5 weeks and have felt no symptoms until 1AM this morning nausea hit me so hard! Didn’t last super long cause I eventually fell back asleep but wow not fun.

oh no, so sorry to hear that! At least you can know you’re not alone in this! 😵💫❤️

You’re not alone! Anytime my stomach gets remotely empty I get nauseous. Also pretty much after every meal I get nauseous but gum helps!

sorry to hear you’re nauseated! But that’s a good tip - I’ll have to start bringing gum with me! I’m also considering lemon drops and maybe some more ginger candies. Thank you for the advice!! ❤️

I am 3 weeks and feeling tired. The smell of my foster child’s poop diapers are making me nauseous. Not normal for me so I know it’s because I am pregnant. The other times I knew I was pregnant the smell of fish made me nauseous. Chewing mint gum helps with nausea. Hope that helps 🙂
