With my first baby she certainly was not going to arrive early or on time we were induced because she was so small and I had very few symptoms.
This baby has been so different in so many ways so I don’t actually know what Braxton hicks or anything normal really feels like.
Late this afternoon I started feeling really uncomfortable in my lower back like I would if I was due a period, baby has been giving me some really uncomfortable movements more than usual and feeling on / off cramps but not whole bump just low down in my pelvis. Is this Braxton hicks? I’m 35 weeks on Monday.

My Braxton Hicks only feel with tightening or hardening of belly at one side. It can be accompanied with light pain. But usually it doesn't pain. But just uncomfortable

I've had shooting pains into my pelvis and tightening of my stomach. I've been to triage and was checked they said it was braxton hicks. I didn't think they could be painful. Time how long they are lasting and how frequently they are happening. Or to be on the safe side call triage.

the cramps in my back se to have been there for hours they don’t seem to come and go.
I thought I had been having BH for ages because my bump will randomly harden all over but no pain but this feels different. Feels like a cross between having a period and flu when your back hurts

@Louise that sounds really uncomfortable if you feel concerned it would be best to get checked by triage. They may say it's your muscles/ligaments stretching but always best to get check. I have spd so constantly have pains in my lower back bum and groin. X
