Since starting nursery my (nearly) 2 year old is always sick. Any recommendations for vitamins ? I’ve tried the drops and syrup but she’s so fussy and can sniff it out a mile off even if I mix it in with something ( it’s also bright yellow ) and won’t take it normally off a spoon or syringe🤨

I'm following for advice on different options but we are currently using the my little coco vitamins which is a little like jelly shaped as a palm tree so I pass it off to my kids as a sweet and they inhale the thing

Mix with milk or food x

I mix ours with her cup of milk in the morning and she’s never reacted to it tasting different, her cup is coloured too so she can’t see the milk inside to notice any colour change. does your little one still have milk in the morning?

What ones do you use? The Nature and Nurture ones are pretty tasteless and clear(ish).

We're vegan so I use the toddler vitamin from The Vegan Society. It's pink and strawberry flavoured, a bit like Calpol so no complaints from my little girl 🤩

We use ava care vitamins and our son literally asks for it every morning as he likes it so much 😂

Try a different brand?

I’ve tried 3 so far and all have been rejected which is why I’m asking for recommendations 😊

We use sambucol liquid my boys love it

Abidec the orange box. Only 0.6ml needs given. Smallest amount ever - I pop in and give my LG a drink straight away.

this is one of the ones we’ve tried and has been thoroughly rejected 😂 I must have a little fuss pot.

awwww really? My LG was actually given this one in hospital as she was in neo natal for 2 weeks. So we just stuck with it.

Just started using these sachets which are great as they mix into food so well without any colour or flavour and they seem a lot higher in vitamins than other children's ones I've seen.
No idea how they remove the taste of iron but they have done it!
