Any recommendations for postpartum hair loss, pls?

I didn't experience this with my 1st baby. Currently 4 months pp and I'm afraid I'll soon have no hair left! Would appreciate any vitamins, hair products etc that you reccommend. Thanks

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
